After serving four years in the U.S. Army from which he was honorably discharged, Jon Robinson attended law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law, completing his doctorate of jurisprudence in 2 and 1/2 years, and passing the bar exam in April, 1991. During law school, he was a member of the legal fraternity Pi Alpha Delta. Jon is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, Benton County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and is licensed to practice in all Arkansas courts. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the 8th Circuit. He was a professor of business law at the Northwest Arkansas Community College from 1991 through 1996. He is also a member of the W.B. Putman Inns of the Court. Jon is an experienced litigator with well over 200+ jury trials. He is well versed in all facets of bad faith litigation, uninsured and underinsured claims, property and casualty claims along with bodily injury lawsuits. He is very experienced in complex litigation, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products liability litigation, construction litigation and aviation litigation. Amelia joined the firm in 2015 as an associate attorney. She received her law degree from the University of Arkansas where she was a member of W.B. Putman Inn of Courts and participated in trial competition. She also received the award for Best Oralist in her appellate class.
